Leavenworth Community Coffeehouse

Since 1992, Leavenworth Community Coffeehouse, with the ongoing support of local businesses, artists and a crew of volunteers, has provided an intimate venue for audiences of all ages to enjoy a great variety of acoustic musicians in the Upper Wenatchee Valley. The concert season begins in September and runs through May with performances held two Fridays each month.

Our intimate setting lit by flickering candles has hosted local talent and artists from all parts of the greater northwest. Leavenworth with its scenery, skiing, hiking, wildflowers, whitewater, and quaint Bavarian village is also known for providing a warm friendly and attentive audience. Touring musicians from all over the country have made our small stage one of their regular stops. Listeners have had the opportunity to hear great instrumentalists, singer-songwriters, blues, reggae, zydeco, mariachi and more.

The Coffeehouse took a hiatus during the fall, winter and spring of 2007 and 2008 while we waited for the completion of the “Barn” building at Leavenworth’s Barn Beach Reserve, which will be our beautiful new home. Click for MAP to Barn Beach Reserve.

The Barn

The Barn Beach Reserve is shared by a nature center, the Upper Valley Museum at Leavenworth and Icicle Arts. Located at 347 Division Street in Leavenworth (MAP), they have just finished the work on a multi-purpose building and have invited the Leavenworth Community Coffeehouse to use the new facility for our performances. The building is handicapped accessible, there is a parking lot and it sits in what is probably the most beautiful setting with the most spectacular view of the Wenatchee River in all of Leavenworth!
